    Frost damage and cold weather damage can be unsightly in a garden. Though it might be tempting to cut back the brown stems as early as possible I would wait until the warm weather of spring. New growth is very tender a susceptible to damage from late frosts. Here are my tips for pruning cold damaged shrubs and herbaceous perennials.
