    Overwintering russelia equisetiformis?

    Has anyone overwintered this perennial subshrub? I grew mine from seed and now they are too large to spend the winter on window sills. I don’t have a greenhouse but am thinking of cutting them back and putting them in my cool wine cellar (along with the ensete, begonia bolivensis corms, and canna tubers). Has anyone tried this method for this plant?
