Echeveria Agavoides Ebony. Kept dry in the greenhouse for the winter and back out this week, the colours change so quickly when back in full sun, it will go much darker during the year Third year plant this one so a nice size. It’s great to see them coming back after the slow start.

Looks great! Any succulents or cacti you grow outside all year round?

Hi there, I did keep Agave Montana outside all winter, covered it for a few days when the weather was at it worst. Also Aloe Polyphylla once again due to size (35L pot) it had to stay out and was covered when the chill hit in December. Echeveria Elegans was a block of ice once or twice and came through, quite surprised 👍

I have lost 3 Aloe polyphylla, usually from water sitting on the foliage. Have you got any tips to prevent this @SteveB ?

I’ve not had that problem so far, I need to repot three of mine as they have levelled out having been tilted, you’re right that it can be a problem. I plan to repot in large plastic tubs with extra holes drilled for draining and air flow. I will post an update. All my learning is from Surreal Succulents web site really😎
