    Hi @Danny,

    You want to leave the berries on to ripen for as long as possible. The problem is the birds love them! Use a net bag to protect them. When the berries are dark in colour and squishy to touch they are ripe. At this point you can pick them and extract the seeds from inside, there will usually be 2 seeds per berry. Dry the extracted seeds for a couple of days and you are ready for sowing 👍
