Hi @JamesSea , it depends if you want to try and keep it growing through winter or force it into semi-dormancy.

To keep it growing I would keep the soil that is around the roots, move it indoors to somewhere warm and bright.

To force into semi-dormancy I would remove the existing soil and pot into dry compost. Move it to somewhere frost free and only water very minimally to keep things ticking over.
