    It seems to have hit the ground running for me, it went in slightly later than this last year so I brought the plant back in for the winter (and it promptly died on me) but there was obviously some root left in the ground and it has spread around a bit already. It is in a N NE aspect under shrubs in a heavy soil that water-logs in winter.
